Overview and Team Page
Each team will build part of the website with an introductory (overview) page for their general topic and individual pages for each student’s contribution.
Individual Contributions
- Individual pages will present a specific topic
- Technique and cultural context should be examined
- Provides at least two specific examples of the practices with analyses of meaning or implications
- Include in-text citations see Owl at Purdue for MLA guidelines: click for info on In-Text Citations
- Provide a list of references: click for info on Works Cited list (this website will show how to cite for books, periodicals, and electronic sources)
Team Presentation

Team Presentation of research in class and as wiki page

a. Assign class readings to be posted at least two sessions before date of presentation
b. Presentation:
i. Overview of general topic (3-5 minutes)
ii. Individual student topics (5-7 minutes each)
iii. Lead class discussion and/or activity (20-30 minutes)
iv. Solicit peer review/feedback from other teams on material, presentation, and (if built) webpage
Timeline

Drafts of your web pages must be posted by Friday, May 15.

Once the first versions of the webpages are up, provide constructive comments on the work of one student outside of your team and two of your team’s pages by Friday, May 22. Provide reactions and/or general comments to the work of two or more other students outside of your team by Wednesday, May 27.
