Organization:

Create a folder for your team.  Put all the pages for your team in that folder and connect only the overview page of that folder to the home page of the website.

How are we supposed to create our own folder? I'm been looking around the site and I do not seem to have access to create a new folder. All I am allowed to do is create pages and add to your template pages in the Project Template folder.
